Brenda Tam

I decided to relocate from the Washington, D.C. area to the San Francisco Bay Area for job related reasons. I was determined to make the move on a very short timeframe. I was recommended to Brenda Tam by a co-worker, with whom he had a very positive experience home-buying experience. I related to her my desires and, more importantly, my requirements for a new place. Brenda quickly related to me the current state of the market and given my personal financial situation, and my long-term horizon, I was gratified that I had found a buyer's agent with a solid customer focus.

Brenda found several listings that met my requirements and less than 7 days after meeting Brenda, I had decided on my current place, with which I am very happy. Brenda made the whole, complicated process understandable. She set me up with a mortgage broker and helped me find a seller's agent in for my home back in Virginia. Brenda took care of a slew of details, which would have been difficult for me to handle from the East Coast. Finally, she negotiated a purchase price significantly below the asking price.

I would recommend Brenda Tam to anyone looking for a place in the Bay Area and can confidently state that it will probably turn out well. It certainly did for me.
