When the Buyer’s had their own Pest Inspection and the report came out to be 5 times our inspection, you handled it perfectly. Without your skill, our sale price would have been negotiated down based on the Buyer’s Inspection. Also, with your advice, I did not take the first offer that came in on the house. You told me that I should be able to get a better offer, and you were right. I commend you on your honesty in working in our best interest. Because of your willingness to go the extra mile, our proceeds increased. This means a lot to me because the extra money is going to help pay the bills for my sick brother.
After the house was sold, and I needed your help you came right over and helped me. I am also impressed with you giving part of your earnings back to the community. Your charitable donation to Saint Peter’s, the school that my brother and I went to, was very nice. I am sure Sister Marion Rose appreciated it as well, because they can use all the help they get.
